Who can purchase a Motorway E-vignette?

The Motorway E-vignette is not linked to the vehicle owner, but to the vehicle's license plate number. The Motorway E-vignette can be purchased by anyone, meaning it is not required for the buyer to be the vehicle owner or operator.
When should you purchase the motorway e-vignette?

The motorway vignette must be purchased before entering the motorway. Some countries also offer a grace period, meaning that the vignette can be bought after you have entered the motorway. However, it may lead to potential issues. It is therefore advisable to buy the motorway vignette before you enter the motorway.

The international registration service available for order on the website, in addition to the toll registration service, also includes the Auxil and Comfortia services as detailed in the General Terms and Conditions. These services allow you to cancel your purchase if it has not yet become valid. Furthermore, you are entitled to request a free e-vignette exchange, either within the same country or in another country, request an exchange due to typographical errors, and make use of legal assistance in handling fines resulting from delays or incorrect data.
Can the motorway vignette be purchased after the fact?

Yes, a motorway vignette can be purchased retrospectively, but this is not accepted in most countries. Therefore, if the motorway vignette is not available at the appropriate time or is ordered with incorrect information, a fine can be expected. Nonetheless, it is advisable to purchase the motorway vignette retrospectively, as an appeal for leniency can be submitted in the event of a fine.

Please enter the required information! After this, the system will register the vehicle. Once payment is made, the confirmation will be automatically sent to the provided email address and via SMS to the provided phone number. Finally, please check all the data before you drive onto the motorway!
In case of providing incorrect data

In case of purchasing an e-vignette with incorrect data, a fine may be imposed. Please check the data both before and after your purchase. If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer service immediately.
The e-vignette has not been received.

If the e-vignette does not arrive within the specified time, please check the “spam” and other folders of your email account as well. If the e-vignette cannot be found anywhere, you need to contact our customer service and open a support ticket. Under no circumstances should you enter a toll road section without having received confirmation of your e-vignette. The invoice, receipt, and proof of payment alone do not entitle you to use the motorway.

Do I need to print the confirmation?

The online motorway E-vignette is available in digital (electronic) format, so there is no need to print it. Verification is conducted by cameras that identify the vehicle registration plate.
